Build your business case
Enter the monthly costs you could save and the extra gross profit you could generate. The calculator extends your assumptions over 12 months; implementation and running costs are considered separately.
Cost savings + additional gross profit
Business benefits, not our service fees.
Implementation, system development, software and ongoing support costs are not deducted here. We assess the net benefit against the full costs once the scope and quotation are agreed.
Time freed up is capacity you can put to other work. It does not automatically reduce wages or cash spending. Its reference value is not added to the financial benefit above.
Annual benefit = (monthly cost savings + additional monthly gross profit) × 12. This assumes the same changes continue for 12 months, without a start-up period or seasonal variation. Count additional gross profit after the direct costs of goods or services, separately from any cost saving already entered. Implementation and running costs are excluded. Time freed up = people × task hours × net time reduction. Its reference value is calculated separately and is not added to the financial total.

The work required depends on your processes, workload, existing systems and any development or integration needs. We agree a clear scope and provide an individual quotation.
Identify the business objective, current process and where an improvement would matter most.
Choose the tasks, tools and support required, including any development or system connections.
Review the expected benefit, delivery, support and individual quotation together before work begins.
We confirm the work, deliverables, timing and fees with you before you decide to proceed. Work starts only after the agreed conditions are met.
Evidence, with context
Read the original evidence behind the figures on this page. These studies do not establish a general rate of revenue or profit growth.
A randomised experiment with 453 college-educated professionals reported 40% less time spent on assigned writing tasks and 18% higher quality ratings with ChatGPT assistance.
Scope: short, occupation-specific writing assignments. The experiment did not replicate company-specific context or verify factual accuracy; the percentages do not describe all work.
Read the MIT research summary ↗A field study of 5,172 customer-support agents at one business-software company found an average 15% increase in issues resolved per hour with an AI assistant.
Scope: one company and a particular support system. Benefits varied with agent experience; the most experienced workers saw small quality declines. This is productivity, not a 15% profit increase.
Read the published research ↗Our approach: use research to identify opportunities, then validate the business case with your own baseline and trial results. The figures above are external research findings, not eFect performance claims. References reviewed 16 October 2026.
Before we begin
Clear expectations from the first conversation.
No. We begin with the work you do and the problem you want to solve. Tool selection and training follow from that discussion.
Yes. We work with self-employed professionals, small businesses and teams. We agree a scope that fits your business, starting with one useful task where appropriate.
No. The euro figures are an illustrative calculation, and the research describes results from specific settings. We assess your starting point, test a practical change and review the actual results before recommending a wider rollout.
We review the workflow, task volume, required support, data preparation and any system development or integration. We then provide an individual written quotation. Scope, schedule and costs are agreed before work starts.
We agree what information is needed, who can access it and which tools are suitable. We check the relevant tool settings and keep human approval for customer-facing outputs.
We can discuss bilingual communication, shared procedures and workflows for teams working across Japan and Europe. The languages, market-specific requirements and specialist support are confirmed in the scope.
