Prices

Prices are shown on each service page, application form, quotation, invoice, or Stripe Checkout screen. The main display currency is EUR.

Additional Fees

Customers may be responsible for communication costs, bank fees, currency conversion fees, Stripe or payment provider fees, external service fees, postage, certification fees, administrative fees, or government fees. Purchasing or reselling airline tickets, accommodation, event tickets, restaurant reservations, or other third-party contracts is not included in our services.

Payment Method

Credit card payment through Stripe Checkout, or another method individually designated by eFect GROUP.

Payment Timing

Please pay when applying for the service. After payment is completed, eFect GROUP may begin preparation, intake review, research, planning, drafting, action-plan creation, AI processing, or other service work.

Service Delivery Timing

Delivery follows the estimated business-day schedule shown on each service page. The exact delivery timing may vary depending on application details, submission of required information, and individual confirmation items.

Delivery Method

Services are delivered digitally depending on the service content, including PDF, Google Docs, text, email, online storage, video call, chat, dashboard, or other appropriate formats.

Cancellation and Refunds

Because the services include individualized digital production, consulting, research, drafting, document creation, and action-plan preparation, payments are generally non-refundable once eFect GROUP has started work after payment. Work already started, prepared, or delivered is non-refundable except where required by law. For details, please see the eFect Service Terms.

Returns

Due to the nature of digital services, there are no physical product returns. If there is a problem with delivered content, please contact payment and refund support with your order number, payment date, and specific issue.

Important Notice About Results

eFect GROUP provides information organization, document creation, profile support, action planning, consultation, and related support. We do not guarantee third-party relationships, contracts, approvals, employment, hiring, sales, refunds, dispute resolution, travel, event attendance, or approval by any third-party service.

販売価格以外に必要な費用

通信費、銀行手数料、為替手数料、Stripeまたは決済事業者の手数料、外部サービス利用料、郵送・認証・行政手数料等が発生する場合があります。航空券、宿泊、チケット、飲食店等の購入・転売・第三者契約の代行は当社サービスに含まれません。

支払方法

Stripe Checkoutによるクレジットカード決済、または当社が個別に指定する方法です。

支払時期

お申し込み時にお支払いください。決済完了後、当社はヒアリング準備、調査、設計、文案作成、行動計画作成、AI処理等の作業を開始する場合があります。

サービス提供時期

各サービスページに記載された営業日目安に従います。具体的な納期は、申込内容、必要情報の提出状況、個別の確認事項により変動する場合があります。

納品方法

PDF、Google Docs、テキスト、メール、オンラインストレージ、ビデオ通話、チャット、管理画面等、サービス内容に応じたデジタル形式で提供します。

キャンセル・返金

本サービスは、個別性の高いデジタル制作、相談、調査、文案作成、行動計画作成を含みます。決済後に当社が作業を開始した場合、開始済み、準備済み、納品済みの範囲は、法令上必要な場合を除き返金対象外です。詳細は eFectサービス利用規約 をご確認ください。

返品について

デジタルサービスの性質上、物品の返品はありません。納品内容に不備がある場合は、決済・返金窓口へ注文番号、決済日、問題点を添えてご連絡ください。

表現および成果に関する注意

当社は、情報整理、文書作成、プロフィール作成、行動計画作成、相談等を提供します。第三者との関係成立、契約成立、審査通過、就職、採用、売上、返金成功、紛争解決、渡航実現、イベント参加、第三者サービスの承認等を保証するものではありません。
